Spot as good as they get. There's a long shoulder to stop on, cars are leaving the roundabout so they're not going very fast, you can catch all the traffic heading from the main national motorway and there's shops to buy snacks in if you need to. There's no shelter from the rain outside work hours, but one of the shops deploys sunshades when open and it's perfect to stand under while hitchhiking.

Pretty good spot. Not much to say about it. Trees provide some shelter. Long shoulder to stop on. Some shops (and hostels) nearby.

Not the most orthodox place to hitchhike but I managed to approach a stopped truck within 20 minutes and was on my way to Poti. Other than that I probably wouldn't hitchhike here. It's probably illegal as it's literally the highway, but because of the slip lanes there *is* a suitable place to pull over.

Pretty bad spot overall, even a little dangerous. Suffice to say that cars go very fast and won't have time to see you and decide to stop, even if they want to. There's lots of traffic coming from the west and changing directions here, so you have a chance to approach drivers and request a ride east if you ever see yourself stuck here like I was.

The whole area surrounding the mall is full of signs prohibiting stopping, and it's just overall a bit too chaotic for drivers to be looking out for hitchhikers. A guard politely told me that I should go further up the road if I want to have any luck.

Good place to hitchhike south, at least short distances. Cars go very slowly in the heavy traffic and there's some shelter under the bus stop.

Nice spot: cars slow down at the roundabout, plenty of space to stop on the side of the road, next to a petrol station, and last but not least plenty of shade! Ideal if you're headed north on the State Highway 1

Very good spot to hitchhike into Gori. Lots and lots of visibility and also space to stop at the abandoned petrol station. Beware of stray dogs though.
