Never ever EVER ask for rides here. There are 3 lines here, the cars and the trucks passes REALLY fast and there's NOTHING for the next kilometers. I've been hitchhiking with a friend here (we're 2 boys) and we started to walk towards the road trying to find a best spot but THERE ISN'T ANY! We walked (stopping and putting our thumbs up along many spots on the road) for like 3h30min until suddenly a man had to stop the car to change the wheel and we offered him help and asked for his help/ride.―Anonymous

Good place! There is a gas station one side of the road and a logistic company another side where a lot of trucks get in and get out, going to Ruta 9. We talked with some of them and we got a ride in 15 min until Rosário.―Anonymous

Great spot after the toll stations. It´s call "peaje LIMA Zárate. Comming from Bs As, get the train at Villa Ballester train station and a bus at the same train station to the toll station.Excelente lugar pasando la estación de peaje. Se llama peaje LIMA Zárate. Viniendo desde capital federal, tomar el tren en estación Villa Ballester hasta Zárate. En la misma estación de tren está la estación de colectivos. Tomar un colectivo hasta el peaje, sobre ruta 9.
