It's the bus 114 and it's a very bad spot if you want to go to Georgia, very few people use this road to go to Georgia nowadays, M2 highway is the best option.―Nadjib

Yeni Ceyranbatan (New Ceyranbatan)- reasonable spot to HH north (ex. Quba). Go to 20th January metro station and ask locals for buses to this village, it is on the road to Sumgait. It costs aproximately 50 kapik (2015). About 100m before junction with express road there is not very bad place to stop cars. No point walking and looking for bus stop. Waiting time very good but what decreases "hitchability" is not perfect place to stop cars.―Anonymous
