Around 4-5pm, there are the trucks full of vegetables going straight to Cochabamba. I hitched one, it´s a 9 hours adventure on the top of the truck with Quechua farmer. The driver didn´t want me to come because he said that it will be too tough for me. Just insist a little. Also think that you will travel at night, at 3400m, it can be really cold, every farmer has at least 8 cover on them.―Garept

Toll at the end of the city. Every single car who go further than few km stop to pay the fee. Good time to ask.―Anonymous
