Estacion de gasolina shell. Consegui un ride a San Pablo en 2 horas preguntando a los camioneros. Para llegar aca tomar el tren en la estacion central de Rio de Janeiro direccion Japeri y bajar en Comendador Soares, despues caminar unos 2 kilometros hasta el puente que cruza la BR-116.―Anonymous

There's a gas station here, it isn't a very goo place to hitchhike but when i'm going from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo this is where I hitchhike.To get here you can take the train that goes to Japeri in the central station in Rio de Janeiro, it costs less than 4 reais.
You'll leave the train in queimados, after that you can walk for 30 minutes to this place or catch a bus. I prefer to walk.
Theres a gas station 5 Km ahead that is a great place to get rides with truckers, if someone ofers you a ride until there, acept it.
Other option is to go there by bus.
