It's a great stop to rest and catch your breath, nice man owns this place, I could charge all my devices, drink water and also he offered me free food!Hitchhiking there was quite difficult, especially in the evening. Minimum traffic, no one stopped, even though there's a lot of place to stop.
After waiting for two hours I decided to walk down the road(I planned to walk 8 hours to Meteora), but thankfully when I was hitchhiking down the road, crazy in a good sense of words guy picked me up and he was heading to Athens, but I still asked him to drop me at Meteora. He bought me coffee, some food and gave me 10 euros. Got lucky

We started waiting a the station then changed mind and started walking towards Kalambaka, this was probably a bad idea because most of the time car couldn't see us but after more than an hour of waiting some albanian workers took us directly to Kalambaka to see Meteora. Wouldn't recommend to go to Kalambaka though, probably better to go South of Mount Olympus and through Trikala―Alexis

Really nice spot even to wait for a long time. 3 people stopped, first one for the next town on the road, 2nd one to moutain village and 3rd one to Corfu and we where going to Igoumenitsa. Most Greek people don't stop, mostly tourists―Alexis
