Be confident! There's enough traffic here to find easily a lift towards and into the Alamut Valley. Even in the valley: never a problem to find a ride! Although in my case money was never an issue, it's maybe better to make sure before you get in.―Tomtom

square, is a bit far from the city but really perfect to go both east towards tehran and nirth towards alamut. I could hitch also go and back from the centre!―Anonymous
