I got really lucky to get a ride this far. Although people stoped for me often enough all over the island, they usually were locals and not intending to drive out of Achill. During tourism season you might get more rides out.Autumn 2023

When cars turn off the roundabout the corner is pretty blind. There’s a line for roadside stopping, I don’t think people have enough time to think. I got lucky as my lift was already stopping here to fix the car window, he was also going to Sligo!―Breno
