Turned down a few rides as most people went to Tel Aviv and we needed to get to Tiberias. This woman picked us up then dropped us in the middle of the highway before the exit to Tiberias. Lots of traffic at decent speeds, but expect to wait as it's right across the central bus station―raspberrysoda
