Smaller station and little off the highway. Medium traffic in the afternoon but almost no shade. Small station = all the people can see you and need to walk past you. I was refining my kanji sign while a port worker approved me. He took me all the way to my hostel and even dropped me off right in front off it. Obviously he gave me some tea and water before letting me go.―GermanyToIndia

Big station with very little traffic = hard to catch all the people. Toilets are a little far from the store so you need to decide for one.To draw a little more attention I got rid of my sign and started writing a new one. Buch of people came over to check on the foreigner writing kanji. Worked great and I got a ride quickly.

This is a very open place to HH. The traffic isn't crazy through here, but as it's one-directional to the east, getting a ride is fairly straightforward.I luckily got a ride straight to yamaguchi, but people also use this to go to Sanyoonoda and Ube.
