Huge station (PA/SA) and very afst ride. Most people will enter the store, so standing in front of that will be the best option. Got a ride with a father and his young son all the way to Osaka.―GermanyToIndia

Yes you have to climb a fence but it was doable :D at the side of the hospital there was a bush that was hiding us well from the street, t helps if you are 2 people though so you can lift eachother over the fence. At the service area you can easily cross to the other side. We met a Japanese hitchhiking couple here that told us they climb over the gate regularly. We got a ride for all 4 of us after around 20 minutes of asking. Perfect spot to leave osaka:)―Anonymous
