Hitched from here to the other side of the town, it seems most traffic is going to Azrou rather than beyond, for heading you'd be better off waiting closer to the town I think―ActingOutColours

Had to wait a while but eventually got a lift south, lots of traffic, a disgrunted bus ticketer offered us tickets to Midelt for 20 MAD each but we declined―ActingOutColours

From Meknes we took the number 16 bus to El Hajeb (7 dirham) then hitching just past this roundabout was good for Azrou. Try the other road or Ifrane―ActingOutColours

Place is very good to stop, but because many local people also use hitchhiking as a taxi there's hard to get a ride for free, and cars usually go to next village. In the end we took a bus to midelt―BennyWhity
