Took me over an hour to get picked up here on a weekend. I walked down the street for quite a while after here, trying to hitchhike whenever a car came (not so often). Finally someone took me to the roundabout down the road from where it was no problem to get to Fes.―LukasR

Right around here is the official end of Chefchaouen. There's room to pull over, but traffic isn't too high so they can just stop on the road. The 2nd vehicle picked me up, couple of Germans.You could probably hitch much earlier before this spot :)

to go to Teotuan you can go either left and right, the traffic comes from the cascades and i bet you can find a ride pretty easily, a couple gave us a ride to Oued Laou, no waiting. Once in the town-center of Oued Laou you can get a mini-bus to Tetouan for just 10 dh.―Anonymous

It's a pretty long walk from the medina to this spot, but here you are sure any car is going out of town and north, got picked almost instantly by two nice men who took us to see Pont de Dieu.―Anonymous
