Good spot. A lot of cars. Many of them just go back to the city and taxis will ennoy you with their honking, but someone wil eventualy stop, probably even further then for me.―tonhitch

We were hitchhiking in a group of four. We tried to hitchhike at the roundabout near the highway entrance, but there was also a police checkpoint and the police officer told us to go to the toll gate and hitchhike there. We were quite surprised, because walking onto the highway is, of course, forbidden. The police officers on the toll gate were annoyed at first, but when we explained the situation they let us hitchhike there. After a short time we got a ride to Casablanca. The driver took all four of us. He spoke only Arabic, but he was able to use a translator. He dropped us off at the coast and bought us dinner.―mejzlikj

Not much traffic, but I don't see any better spot to go north-east, we waited for 40 minutes before a car stopped and took us to M'Rirt. Eventually busses going north drive by here, easy to stop them.―Anonymous
