A lot of people come to the trail by car. It is possible to wait by the vehicles and ask the people getting into the cars. Alternatively, there are many pickup cars on the near road that are willing to help. The number of vehicles is lower.―Markon

This road is not good for hitchiking. Had 3 cars passing through in 1 hour. Most of the locals just go around the corner. Better option: going down to David and from David get the road to Almirante.―Fresnillo
