One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Angeles to Cabanatuan.
A good spot. Just enough place to pull over. Traffic not too busy. No shade.
I waited only 3 minutes. And got a ride almost to my destination.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Angeles to Cabanatuan.
A very good spot. Plenty of space to stop. Not very busy traffic. Cars going slowly, coz it's just after a junction. No shade.
I got a short ride, but very useful. A guy on a tricycle dropped me on the other end of Conception.
It turned out he was superb kind, coz he was riding the apposite way.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Angeles to Cabanatuan.
It's a good spot. Good visibility, enough room to stop. No too busy traffic despite being close to the town centre. No shade.
I got a ride after 5 minutes. A short one, but useful for me to an important junction.

It was my second time using this spot. Please read the description in a previous post.
This time I waited 5 minutes and again I got a ride only to Capas.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, very sunny day. On my way from Subic to Angees.
A very good spot. Loads of space to stop and good visibility. Plus the shade. I was straggling all day. This part of the Philippines wasn't good for me. Until I reached this spot. After 5 minutes I got a lift all the way to Angeles - my destination.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Angeles to Malasiqui.
A good spot. Enough space to stop. And, very importantly, some trees giving shade. After 10 minutes I got a ride to Tarlac.

It was actually the first spot free of houses, vendors, shops etc. coming from Angeles center.
Decent enough. On a curve, but with quite some space to stop, and you will be visible from far. The traffic still busy, bus ok. Better than in the city itself.
After 15 minutes a motorbike stopped. He said he was going to Tarlac. Actually he was going only that direction. He dropped me in the middle of Capas. Which meant a long walk to find a new good spot. But then quickly I got a new ride.

I was actually waiting for a jeepney (a local mini bus). But there was so much space to stop before the bridge, that is would be a crime not to try. So while waiting I put a thumb up and 2 minutes later a got a ride. The driver actually dropped me where I needed in the city.
