One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Laoag to a bit before Tarlac City.A really good place. Loads of room to stop. Not too heavy traffic. I don't know why it didn't work. I had a few quick rides that day. After 45 minutes of trying I got on a bus, coz it was getting dark.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Laoag to a bit before Tarlac City.San Fernando didn't want to finish, so it took me a long distance to find a spot. Just before the bridge there is some space with good visibility. Quite big traffic.
After 15 minutes I had a lift to a place just past Rosario.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. Going from Baguio to Laoag. It's not an exact place. I'm not sure where it was exactly, coz I was walking to the spot, eating breakfast, when a driver pulled over, opened a window and asked where I was heading to.
