One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Baguio to Laoag. Not much space to stop. But it had shade and good visibility. There isn't much traffic which helped.
After 10 minutes I got the ride to the main road along the coast.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Baguio to Laoag. The first real good spot since Baguio.
On the curve (but in this region are only curves), but with loads of space to pull over. Shade in the morning. Quiet traffic.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, very sunny day. On my way from Aritao Baguio.A good spot. Enough place to stop. The only spot with some shade. Little traffic. Cars going slowly (a sharp curve after a bridge). The bad thing about that sopt is that, since it's the only shade place, it seems to be a popular spot for catching buses. I waited 50 minutes for a ride. That includes 20 minutes when I stepped down and waited for people to catch a bus. Eventually I go a ride to La Trinidad (a place 5 km from Baguio).

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Laoag to a bit before Tarlac City.San Fernando didn't want to finish, so it took me a long distance to find a spot. Just before the bridge there is some space with good visibility. Quite big traffic.
After 15 minutes I had a lift to a place just past Rosario.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Baguio to Laoag.I got a lift to San Fernando. A nice couple dropped me on the other end of city doing a couple extra miles.
The place was so so, just enough space to pull over. Quite busy traffic.
A few hundred meters before I was trying my luck for 20 minutes. And even though the place was better (more space to o stop, better visibility), I didn't get lucky.

One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. Going from Baguio to Laoag. It's not an exact place. I'm not sure where it was exactly, coz I was walking to the spot, eating breakfast, when a driver pulled over, opened a window and asked where I was heading to.
