One male 40+, no sign, one big and one small backpacks, sunny day. On my way from Laoag to Dagupan.A pretty good spot. Good visibility, plenty of room to stop. Not too busy traffic.
I got really lucky. After 25 minutes I got a ride all the way to Dagupan. I was even dropped at the door step of my destination.

A bit longer waiting than usually in the country. And quite few people trying to show me where a bus is. But in the end I got a ride to Carmen/Rosales bus terminal.
