I heard, that all the traffic from PL and the baltic countries to Romania, Bulgaria and even directly to Turkey goes through there. Never used it though.

There is ending right traffic lane with some place on the right to stop. Quite hard place (because cars drive fast), but possible to hitchhike.

Definetly best spot when you want get to Presov or Stropkov. Thre is a bus station so drivers have a lot of space.

Very bad place! If you are here and travel south, catch someone to the city and try exit road from Svidnik.

The comment from 2013 it's probably about the bigger station on the other side of the road, 5 minutes walking.

We were hitchhiking through Slovakia and got a rider to Bardejov. Not a lot of traffic, a lot of Polish people and there is a bus bay for cars to pull over. Not the best spot, but good enough to get to a bigger city.
