The waiting times depends on my sideI was dropped at 9pm there after a day with 500km
And decided to sleep there in a garage in the back of the fuelstation
And on the next day I asked a hand full of people and got picked up for 230 km
So a great spot if it’s day but not at night

Nice spot especially for Zürich! Not many cars here but most are going through Zürich. We also talked to some going to Luzern, but we needed to go to Zürich. Waited 5 min.―Anonymous

we got here by taking the train from the south of zurich (10€). not a lot of traffic, but people were nice.―meowcrew

you can get here pretty easily by bus and walking 10min but the walk is a bit sketchy at the side of the road. the italians were not very friendly and there was not as much traffic as expected. we were looking for a ride to como. lots of cars were going to varese. we didn't have any hope left but then someone took us all the way to zurich and even recommended a sleeping spot.―meowcrew

Amazing spot, if you need to get up north definitely go here. We met another hitchhiker who was not so friendly. But five people stopped but did not go to a tactical good location. Next person brought us to freiburg. Amazing―Tijmen

not that great to pull over but good visibility and cars are going slow because of pedestrian crossingsit was raining so we had a bad time but could be rlly rlly good on a better day. as it was we got a lift in 10 minutes but that felt really lucky.

impossible to rate this spot accurately because we got a lift from the first people we asked straight to zürich. probably helps to have german, there was a few cars parked here midday on a weekday, but not more than five. places for sleeping behind the rest station if youre in a pinch.―BI
