Hitch-hiking hell!Avoid getting stuck here on your way to Greece... there are mini buses constantly trying to pick you up and getting in the way... and the highway is straight through the edge of town... Tekirdag... how I loathe thee!

If you avoid the mini busses, you can get on a ride within 10 minutes, and Tekirdag city is a bridge between Istanbul and Greece. I always use that city center spot and it is quite good―Tamergem

The best spot to find a ride to Istanbul. Road connection slows down the every ride. Take the number 2 bus from the bus station from the city center. Leave the bus at the Maxi Market, you have your spot―Anonymous
