First place since border where you will find cover from rain as there is a bus stop here. Almost no traffic and almost nobody stops. It's probably best to take a bus to sobranec and hitchhike from there

This border does not allow crossing on foot. Hitch-hike before crossing. We did not ask for the officers to help, but they know and give us the easy way to go with the driver

The border crossing is for cars only but if you are unlucky enough to talk to the border officer (actually, he is not a border officer but who cares, he is the first guy to stop you there), he will ask for a bribe (10 EUR) and force you into the first car to pass.
