Had to wait a little but i found ride to Odessa. Map is little bit inaccurate and right after this spot(south) there is another gas station but I don't recommend standing near it as they are 2 small dogs that are very unfriendly towards hitchhikers. You should stay at the spot I marked, it's not ideal but it works and nobody will have problem with you standing there―Autostopeks

There is a place for cars to stop although it is usually taken by a Marshrutka going to the border with Transnistria. Cars do not stop eagerly.―Anonymous

From here (is a small bus station) you can take a car to Mayaky-Palanca (Ukrainian/Moldavian border), if you want to go to Chisinau, avoiding Tiraspol. I had a car in 4 min―Anonymous
