From UA to PL - it is doable, and many people (especially locals) do it, but as most of them smuggle cigarettes and alcohol, if you have a big bagpack most of the drivers will be afraid (as the driver also takes responsibility in law).―Anonymous

If you are on a bike or foot, you have to get a place in a verhicle here as crossing on foot is not permitted.2 peope and 2 bikes, we found a lift after asking around for about 15 minutes. YES.

this border crossing is for cars only (very bad for UA->PL). you WILL get stuck here for many hours inside a car, can't swap/abandon rides as number of passengers gets registered once inside the waiting area.―Anonymous
