A lot of traffic, most of it to Tashkent. Many taxi drivers after the border but just ignore them. In less than a minute a friendly local and his son stopped for us and took us all the way to the capital. Easy hitchhiking spot―Anonymous

it's easy to get here from metro. lots of taxi cars passing by this place on their way to border. talk with taxi drivers and you will get taxi ride for free right till border control.waiting time tended to zero

There are many buses to Hippodrome market (Ипподром). Cross roundabout, then cross police checkpoint and right after it start hitching. There is a way to cheat a bit - ask police to help you.―Anonymous

A lot of cars, almost all go to Tashkent. Just gotta find the one that agrees to take you for free. Didn't take me too long though. A lot of taxi drivers at the border trying to take you but just ignore them and walk here.―VeikkaK

I took the bus 120 from Chorsu metro station, stop here (be careful it's not the terminus), crossed the border on foot then hitchiked easily in KazakhstanI did the other way also, don't trust taxi driver if they said "no bus anymore", walk until this point and take the bus 120 to go to Chorsu metro station (terminus)
