Delete your Hitchwiki Maps account and data

To request deletion, email play.hitchwiki@gmail.com with the subject Hitchwiki Maps account deletion request.

Include the username and email address connected to your account so we can identify it. Never send your password. We may reply to the account email to verify that the request is yours.

What the request covers

We will remove your account and associated personal data from systems we control. Tell us if you want only particular data deleted instead.

Limits for published ride data

Ride data is published openly and to Nostr relays. We will remove it from systems we control and make a best-effort deletion request to the relays we use, but we cannot delete copies already downloaded, mirrored, archived, or held by third parties. The Privacy Policy explains this limitation before you submit a ride.
