slow traffic and no one going above 60kmh, hitched to the maxi ica and back to the beach

horrible horrible horrible. should in theory be a good spot but no one wanted to take us. infamously bad spot

Car rest spot, might look like there’s little traffic going because there’s no cars parking but people have to pass from the local street to get onto the highway, lots of trucks and there’s a restaurant there in case you get hungry. very little shade though. beware in the summer.

Because of the trees people can’t really see you standing on the side of the road (june/26) but there’s a lot of people passing (trucks as well) a lot of people waved and honked so they’re in a good mood there. there must be a pepper plant nearby because it smelled really nicely

good spot, gas station with a lot of traffic going north. was way too hot for us to properly try to get a hitch but once we did, the car pulled over within 2 minutes

got a ride directly to tiranë. there is a shuttle going from dresden to tiranë twice a week. they stop here by chance :) maybe you can hop on for free. look for albanian number plate and ask (drive through kosovo so at least 1700km :p

driver just threw us out of the car here…signaled to two cop cars to get us out of this situation but they ignored us…

probably would’ve been a good spot but there was an accident so the highway was closed…omnibus driver picked us up and we had the most luxurious ride hihi. we also met him again later in. he offer drives close to aschersleben so if you meet a guy named thomas in this region, ask him if he ever took hitchhikers and if he says yes, tell him we are most greatful!
