Definitely i had good luck. Ghere is a temporarly construction site here so there is more space for cars to go. Visibility is really not good just if there is a little traffic jam (like i had). Waited for like 10 minutes after my previous ride (cause i had to make my sign: AKALI).
After 3 minutes of stopping car slowed so a vandriver noticed me. As he told it's living van. He made a whole living room in it. Had a great time with him. At akali he went for food, but stopped foe me again when he saw nobody stopped for me.

Some car was slowing thats why my driver noticed me. Middle-aged van driver, who was just bivaking in his car around lake Balaton.
He went into the shop in akali, but after this he gave me another drive (cause nobody stopped for me until he finished eating).
Pretty comfortable spot, you just have to wait:) I wrote out the sign BALATON. At summer lot of people going this way.
Yes, people go a little fast, but not far from here comes in a road where söme cars are coming from, so they a bit slower.
That was my first longer distance ride and i had a great experience. My driver was a translator in the parliament, he travels a lot, he was from upper-class finnancially, he never hitchhiked, has been in a lot of diff countries because of his work. Very nice person, we had a great conversation
