If you stand the other side from the traffic light, it is safe and you can even sit on the fence... :) Get there from tram 1 - Haluchères and then bus 85 - méditerranée or 77 - Adrienne Bolland and walk a few minutes. Otherwise walk from halucheres but it's a bit long.
