“There is closed road used for constructing, which should be used as a place to stop. A lot of traffic, chance to get a lift to Utrecht.”

Don't stay at the corner by the traffic lights there is no place to stop. Stand there for like 50 minutes - only one local ride. After going further up the ramp got a ride after around 15 minutes. A lot of traf”

“Great spot to hitchhike out of Amsterdam towards Utrecht. Walk up next to the highway ramp and then there is a wide shoulder. Had a big sign and waited only 3 minutes.”
