“Slovenia is a great country to hitchhike! Just after the traffic light were the cars not moving too fast, and there was plenty of space to stop at the bus stop. Got a ride straight to Bled after 10 minutes with two slovenians. It was really nice!”

“bus stop "Kompas" without a bus bay. it also is located right after the turn, it's inconvenient and dangerous for cars to stop. go to the next station or even better - 2 more ("Trata"). regional bus to Bled also stops there, if you change your mind.”

“Bit harder in winter, lots of people going towards Kranjska Gora. Definitely possible to get long rides though, here or at the gas station near Jesenice.”
