“waited 15min at the traffic light for a direct lift to Vienna, had "Salzburg" on the sign.”

“I only waited 5 seconds for a lift dierctly to Vienna. There are wonderful traffic lights and with a nice board with your destination in your hand and a smile on your face its not difficult to get a good lift.”

“April 2023 - Group of three. Stickers of Trampennen and Bummit hitchhiking race, so a well used spot. This spot has cars parked all down the side of the road so can make it tricky to be seen. Moving away from the services down the road a little made the difference and we got a lift in around 40 minutes. However we did struggle with the Irschenberg services where we left. Check out what others have”

“Perhaps it was bad timing given we were here on Monday afternoon, but there was close to no traffic and everyone was local. After waiting for an hour, we moved more south and got better luck from there.”

“Probably a lucky ride but it was a good spot for us. Two males. The previous review said all there is to say.”

“Got a short ride to Unterhaching junction, happened after some stranger wished me luck. OK spot, using a thumb works best, since I think most cars are driving not far.”
