NIGHTMARE!!! Towards Netherlands, as of april 2014, there are construction cones before the entrance, nobody stops here. We have seen less than 10 cars an hour.

It looks like a great spot, but going towards Lausanne, we (2 people, male/female) waited here for 2 hours from 10am to 12pm. Everybody was going towards Zurich (they said) or did not want to take us.

The Petrol Station is a good spot to ask people for a ride, or the entrance of the shopping center/McDonalds. Good to speak some german as almost all those who go towards Bern/Zurich/Basel speak swiss-german.

It looks like a good spot, but my experience is a long waiting time here. The best is to take the very first who stop and ask them politely to drop you at Yverdon-Sud (Highway entrance). They need to do a digression of about 1km if they go towards the south.

I started a few trips from here, I've been waiting between 15 and 30 minutes. The cars need to stop on the shoulder which is not ideal. Many will do short trips but can bring you to the big petrol station in Estavayer.

I started a few trips from here, it never took longer than 15 minutes to be picked-up. The road is 2 lines and not very busy, a car can easily stop. The police station is just the opposite side of the road so beware (never had any problem though).
