We (2ppl) got a ride here that took us all the way to Çorovoda. But there, the driver wanted 5€ per person. As he only spoke Albanian another local translated for us and later apologised for the driver. He didn't have any sign or said anything that he could be a taxi driver. In the end I offered him 2€ or nothing and he walked away.―Anonymous

First we (2ppl) waited a bit further at the petrol station. Just next to the fence is a lot better though. We got taken just a bit to the next roundabout, because the local that took us did see it as a much better spot to hitchhike, which was true.―Anonymous
