Very good Spot to go to Albania. Went the from Bar Train Station 20 minutes walk. Stood the with a sign to Ulcinj and after 15-20 two guys from Albania, were taking us directly to Durres, so we were really glad 10/10 would recommend!―Jonei23

There are still road constructions and place is a little bit dangerous. I couldn't stay in this exact spot from the map due to some concrete barriers and I was maybe 50m closer to roundabout on the ramp. I was thumbing only the cars from this ramp, it was impossible to try with these from main road. I think it was about 5th or 6th car which took me, so worth to go there anyway.―Anonymous

On road to the 'Highway' leading south. The highway is not a nice hitchhiking road as it is a collector but also a highway, so you are well advised to try to get longer rides to somewhat bigger cities as standing on the highway is mostly not an option and in small towns there might be barely any traffic which might lead you stuck for a while. good spot to go to Durres, Shkoder or Tirana. Its currently (sept 2015) a construction site which offers lots of space for cars to pull over either before or after the gas station.―Anonymous

A nice truck driver took me to Lushnja, its a good spot to go to the cities in south Albania―falke
