Lots of shade from trees, refreshments from the gas station. Picked up very quick by a local driving all the way. Many trucks stopped to take us halfway to the road that splits off to Chile border but that is in the middle of nowhere.―WillowTraveller

Longest ever wait for a ride, rotated from traditional thumb out on the highway to chatting with truck drivers at the service station. 2 days but eventually one of the fellas at the station managed to convince a driver to let me on. Good facilities and people makes this not a one star.―Sweiner
