They completely changed the on-ramp (works finished at the end of 2013), and it's even worse now. I thinks it's a good idea to try to get a ride elsewhere, like at the traffic lights just before the new bridge, if you're coming from Geel.

Cars drive slowly and there's enough place to pull over. Got a ride within 2 minutes in darkness (during Sunrise Festival).

It is not a great place as there is no place on the onramp for people to pull over, but there isa fair amount of cars passing by coming out of one direction who can pull over before the traffic lights. Sign definately helps here

The new on-ramp sucks, so it might be a good idea to ask rides here at the red lights. Tried it once and found a ride in less than 1 minute!

For the second time I didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Cars coming from the roundabout can pullover on the lane that intersects, because there is less traffic.
