To be honest you are much better taking public transport. It is free and runs quite often. Gas station asking is kinda pointless, many Belgians going for cheap cigarettes. So getting to central Luxembourg is almost impossible.―Anonymous

Get a ride towards st vith or verviers. Both have spots near highway driver can easily stop at. You continue from there.
