A guy and a girl on a Thursday at noon without a sign. I would say this spot is good even though people globally ignored us completely. A nice Polish guy helped us to get to Brussel while we were moving to test the best thumb spots.

Tough spot to get a lift. Best bet is to walk a bit down the road West(?) of NATO HQ. Also saw a bunch of Ukranian staff officers here. Go figure!
