Good ramp, lots of space to pull over. Good traffic, but few people stops despite a good sign and being looking very clean and smiling ...I waited almost 2 hours by -4°C to get a ride to Nexus where I got a ride to Calgary in a poor hitchhiking sport.. It is all about luck!

Would be a more suitable spot if it were not closed for construction. Ended up walking toward the highway where I was picked up after about 45 mins. High speed, too many lanes, poor visibility. No other suitable spots or bus routes nearby. Make sure it's open before you go!―robotdog

Next-best spot out of Leduc as it has lots of traffic. Side of the highway has decent visibility and room to pull over. Only 2 lanes wide here, so easier for drivers to switch over. Not ideal because it is on a highway!―robotdog

Great spot if you're going a short distance, to a smaller town slightly southwest or southeast. Had 5 cars stop all going not too far. Not ideal to go to Calgary/Red Deer. Most traffic to Calgary goes from Edmonton and does not stop here as it is too close by.―robotdog
