Hitching to Alaska.

Cars slow after traffic lights, drivers can see you and good place to pull over. Easy to get a short local ride, but going farther is tricky, as it's hard to get picked up by tourists here. Your better shot would be asking at gas stations.

Walmart parking lot. There's tones of RVs spending nights here, so you can try asking. Also - a good place to pitch up a tent - after all it's your RV :)
