Freneza loko, sed haltigebla, pluvis vere forte, sed ĝi funkciis.

Not so busy traffic, some cars with ZG licence plate, probably going to Zagreb. One guy offered us (two guys) a ride to Belgrad after 10 minutes. Got a ride in 25 minutes to Osiek, around 10 AM, Friday.

Direction: South, Croatia
There's a toll-station, where Auto-Stopping is actually forbidden, but the guy there was quite tolerant.
Traffic was very low in the evening, but since almost all the cars have to stop it's not impossible.

Direction: D7, Dakovo, Croatia
Didn't get away from there in more than an hour; traffic seemed to be mostly local

It's hard to get to this place if you're on foot, but when you get to the toll, it's easy to hitch a ride if you're going to the west (Zagreb). There are a lot of people going to Zagreb since it's the capital city. I waited for 15 minutes around 8 AM when the traffic was really sparse, but it was enough.

Towards Hungary. The intersection's the last stop of tram #1.

Got a lift to Vukuvar from a truck driver here. Probably there is lots of local traffic too, though. McD is around the corner if you need internet.

Place that is supposed to be good but we waited for 3 hours. Better directly on the crossing than after

Quiet but a pretty spot. Not too much room to stop but still enough, not a problem with low traffic too. Took us quite some time to get a ride towards Vukovar but it was the day after xmas so that might've explained it.

A random guy stopped for us even before we started hitchhiking, and took us to Beli Manastir. Not the best spot, since there is no really place to stop, but it will do the job. If you want to go from Osijek to HU, I recommend this road, insted of the highway, since there are toll gates, and for this short distance not worth for the locals to use that.

We got so lucky there! That's the spot you should stand on after crossing the border, because people go slow on the roundabout and they have some time to stop. We stood with a sign Osijek and litterally the first guy stopped and took us just before it started raining heavily

Only gas station when you want to get out of the city direction south. We had no other option so we stayed there more than two hours, many people going to Hungary or west of croatia. At the end we were just super lucky and one guy took us to huge highway parking place behind Dakovo
