It was dark and late and the only lorry drivers driving in were driving in to sleep, not to pick us up. And none of the cars were heading to Poland and those who were had passengers already.
Bad luck, but I really think it's a good spot any other time. Looks like one, at least.

The minute we got there I just asked the only driver on the gas station for a ride to Ostrava and he agreed in a blink of an eye.

There wasn't a lot of traffic, but drivers often stopped and went long distances. I got lucky and caught a ride to Brno in no time, but before me, I met two guys heading to the same destination who had been waiting for two hours.

If you are at MOP III Jaworzno Zastawie heading east or south, I recommend staying there because there is less traffic. There isn't much traffic, but drivers tend to go far. I was trying to get to the A1 towards Czechia, and the first car with Czech plates picked me up.

Nice spot, there is a fast food and a petrol station. Cars which stop here almost certainly go to Poland, a lot of them as far as Warsaw. We asked around some people and a guy told us he‘s going to Warsaw.

Can't rate this place objectively, because as soon as we stepped out of the petrol station a car stopped, even though we weren't even ready. Our plan was to go to the slip road, however I don't think it's necessary. You can hitchhike near the petrol station there is a turnoff to factories, so cars can stop there.
The car was of a salesman from Nový Jičín, however he offered himself to take us beyond Ostrava, which was very generous of him.
As a sidequest I would recommand you the patrol station called Amigo, which is local. They have amazing ice cream and cheap schnitzels for lunch.

Not a lot of traffic but normal amount. Tho half of it goes to Ostrava. But eventually got a truck which was going to Katowice so asked to drop off at the gas station in Poland.

There was so many cars at the Mcdonalds and other restaurants that I got overwhelmed and just asked trucks so got one which was going to ostrava to rest for the rest of the day. But there is a lot of traffic here but I dont know how far the cars go but almost all were czech. Easy to get here from the city with a bus which cost 1.5 euro. You cannot pass without ticket because you have to pay to driver.

I got here by bus 678 and by walking, its a good spot to get out of Ostrava, although not many cars pass through here. One car got me to Vražné, another gas station, which was similar to this.

Lots of cars coming through, all exiting through one lane, thumbing near the exit got me a few drivers asking where i was going, and i got a direct ride to Ostrava in 20 mins.

At petrol station.
A truck driver couldn't give us a ride, but instead gave us sweets and an orange.
After that, we got a lift to final destination.

Very low traffic. But just ask around for driver if they going to Poland. Best to ask to take you to BP Rowien gas station where is a lot more traffic if you are going pas Katowice.

There are not too many cars stopping here and the ones on the road are too fast to stop. Walked around and chatted to people with my signed until I got scooped up by a truck

From citycenter take tram 7,8,9 or 17. Get out on station 17. listopadu and continue in ORIGINAL tram direction throught street Opavská cca. 1 km till you reach bus station. Almost all cars are going to Opava.
