I stood here multiple times. 100% the best spot towards Chomutov, usually takes less than 10 minutes.

Absolutely the best spot towards Prague. Slow cars, good spot to stop, could be seen easily by drivers. Hitched from here a lot of times times and never waited here for more than 10 minutes. Only problem is getting here, but if you can convince your driver to drop you off here, you are guaranteed to get nice ride.

To be honest, not the greatest spot, but the best, when it comes to car going from Prague to Slaný and you need to get to Chomutov. Ask around, you only need ride to Lotouš and from there it's easy. (Look up Lotouš place I created) Not a lot of cars stopping here, but you don't need long ride.

Lotouš is the best place to get off when going to Chomutov, but the car goes only to Louny. Hitched from here multiple times and always worked becouse of the 50km/h speed limit. Sign adviced. There is a bus stop, where the cars can easily stop.

Not really a safe spot,but people can see you here and go quite slow, only disadvantage is that there is no good place to pull over, but always somebody stops for me.
Sign adviced, people are much more likely to stop, becouse traffic splits just after you.

Kinda nice place to hitch when red light is on, but it is on for just short time. Might have good luck with nearby gas station asking around, but low traffic there.

Not the greatest one, but I hitched from here multiple times and worked every time. Once, a guy shouted for me from a nearby gas station, because he stopped there, so that might be a possibility as well.

Nice one, I hitched from here multiple times and never waited for long. Sing advised or just go by thumb to Klášterec (next town), and there are cars going slower.

Lots of traffic, pplenty of space for cars to stop, but I would say you can only expect short ride and most of the people really only go local. We got ride after 65 minutes

Good spot, near the gas station so you cam ask people at gas station and also you can stand behind the round about going out od the city and people still have place to stop or they can easily return to take you safely at station. We were 2 people.
