Well, there is a sign for cars- Do not stop. But, there is a plenty of place for a car to stop and it is usually safe, cause there is not such a busy traffic. Most of the cars are going on highway D11 to Prague.―Anonymous

I spent a night at this gas station and initially tried to hitchhike towards Wroclaw. However, I decided to aim for Hradec Kralove, the nearest large city on the way to Poland. This change of plan worked out well. The next morning, I secured a ride within 60 minutes.Most of the traffic consists of locals heading to nearby small towns, making it challenging to hitch longer distances from here. On the bright side, there is a nice McDonald's with a free toilet, a beautiful lake nearby where you can pitch a tent, and an underground passage to the other side of the highway.

not a good spot, but I am not sure, if there is better spot to hitchhike in the direction kutna hora and havlickuv brod. i tried to stand directly on the ring road in the conncecting line, but nobody stopped and it seemed quite dangerous, so than I stand in the triangle between the road so that I could catch just the cars entering the ring road, but there was place to stop and cars going slowly. after while I got a ride to havlickuv brod―Anonymous

not so good place, there is a lot of verge posts, so that you can´t hitchhike directly after the roundabout, but a while further, where there are already two lines and cars are going fast. however after about half an hour somebody took me―Anonymous
