Easy to get to, stood at the exit with a sign saying Liberec and was offered a ride to Jablonec by an old couple who themselves had hitchhiked from Prague to Paris in the spring of 1989

Very busy spot. We actually got dropped on our way from Berlin on the otherside of the highway. Luckily, it is quite easy to walk here from the other side. You go through field, under bridge and at the beginning on the gas station were unlocked doors, so it was not necessary to go all the way behind the gas station to its exit. We got ride to our final destination of the day - Prague.

you can get there (almoast) by public transport (bus stop- Praha Na Kovárně + 1,5km walk)

Pretty good spot, you have to walk a bit to get there from the bus stop, you can jump in 141 or 171 from Cerny Most. Got a ride to Hradec fairly quickly

If you are willing to go to Poland (Wroclaw) through Hradec Kralove and couldn't find a ride on another place. You can give a shot here.
It's an highway and not good place to stop. But for us it took seconds to find a ride. (maybe luck)
