Big rest area with a petrol station, toilets, and options to camp. Good for getting a ride to Malmö or Denmark. At the petrol station you can charge your phone and sit.

I wasn’t particularly a fan of this place, as there’s a bike lane between the sidewalk and the road, but I stood there and I got a ride in minutes to Helsingør, so I guess it’s okay. :)

The cars are lined up for the ferry to Sweden. Start with the first one and then work yourself backwards and ask for Stockholm (or any city on the way). If no one wants you, there is a new ferry in 20 min!

Good spot to go to Helsingborg is this busstation 'Slotspavillonen. Reachable by busses 336, 360, 339, 703 or 91N.

After one hour we (2 persons) took the train, cause every car was filled with beer. I thought it was going to be easy cause every car was lined up, however almost every car was filled with alcohol, we just couldnt fit in. If you're hithchiking alone, you might have a better chance.

Staff did not let us pass by the payment gates. From the roundabout that gives access to the harbour area a good ride after 15 mins.

Us (two guys) were offered two rides to Copenhagen within 10 minutes. Perfect place, bus stop to for pulling over and cars drive pretty slow after the roundabout.

I used my special hitchhiking sign (by Gimmelift) what said ,,COPENHAGEN,, and it worked like a charm, I got a ride straight to CPH after 15 minutes! :]

Arrived at the harbour, asked the staff on where I could hitchhike, a guy told me to go at the "toll", there I asked the cashier, he let me hitchhike. Very few cars so I went to ask people directly, got a ride in the 1st ferry straight to the next ferry in Denmark to Sweden!
