Very good spot towards Tapa, decent traffic, speeds are slow due to roundabout and very wide road here, wait time to be expected 5-10 minutes, mostly locals, some people use Viitna exit from highway to head towards further south to Väike-Maarja etc so also doable for that direction, or use the turn in a kilometer or so―Anonymous
