Tried to hitchhike with Viking Line car passengers, offering them to pay the difference to take us with them in their car, which is still cheaper than the cheapest ticket. It was the darker time of the year and the people where unfriendly and suspicious. Furthermore, there were only a few cars (morning departure).―Anonymous

less than a minute straight to H-ki. alone. ue a sign. and ppl who return from vacation give you a good suppot with smiles and stuff like that.P.S on the ferry was going with a sign "Going to HEL(L)?" people liked mostly but no one helped.haha. changed to helsinki and on this spot found a ride

Place to catch a car from Viking Line to Helinki.if you didnt succeed to find a driver on the ferry,when they open the gangway-RUN all the way down to this place and you'll catch the cars leaving the ferry.it turns out there are plenty of drivers who take cabins to get some sleep even if its the day ferry.
P.S the gangway is situated ino the "viking cruises" building on the left. if you took the wrong road and stucked in front of the railway-just jump over it-it's not functioning!
